This private home, heavily renovated by Home-Tech, spanned the course of several months. The project provided Home-Tech the opportunity to perform its best work.
The home, located in Sugarhouse, originally had two stories - the main level and a basement. Home-Tech expanded the home by adding a third story.
Because the home is located in a historic part of Sugarhouse, it was essential to maintain the original style of the home. Therefore, Home-Tech took great care to maintain the same style of woodwork throughout most of the home. The exterior of the home was fitted with shingles perfectly matching the originals - in both pattern and color.
Much of the exquisite woodwork inside the home was performed in-house by Home-Tech's carpenters.
